@mabrook:thank you very much.actually i was thinking in this direction to.i dont eat red meat just fish(sometimes).i was thinking that if i eat healthy like you said and excersize i will lose weight but the glow and chubbyness will be there,is it right?!
yes proper diet, exercises and rigt supplemnts can giv u healthy, glowy skin. i think ppl with lean faces r at more advantage than with plump or broad faces. they look young for long time.
