i am 16 years old and my weight is just ok but i want to reduce it.the problem ist that although i am not thin i have a very thin face with not much mass.if i lose weight my face will definetly become more thin and even my face colour goes pale(i know it from my last diet).
so would you rather have a thin pale face and be slim or have a fresh face with some mass and be chubby?!i am sooo confused.i also want to have a fresh chubby face…!!!
every reply is appreciated.
Re: if you were on my place...
2nd one, Have a fresh face with some chubbyness its cute, Plus your only 16, Can save all that diet stuff for whenever you wanna get married. Enjoy it!
Thats the same with me when i loose weight i get a very pale greyish face looks awful. Best to jus relax atm :)
Re: if you were on my place...
there's a right n a wrong way to everything. when u diet as in starve urself ur face gets thin n saggy. so instead just add 4-5 servings of fruits n veges in ur diet. add flax seeds, nuts n dried berries for snack. drink more water n geen tea 2X atleast.eat atleast one salad per day. limit red meat n eat more fish n chicken. white bread must be switched with whole wheat. limit whit rice intake. goodbye to sweet tooth.
wth these changes add reguar exercise u will hav toned n healthy body n fresh n glowy face.
Re: if you were on my place...
fresh and chubby would be good. dont go over weight but look healthy and be healthy.
Re: if you were on my place...
juss be the way u r :)
Re: if you were on my place…
i have the opposite problem from you… i am sooooo thin and can’t gain any weight for the life of me. But my face is “healthy” as my nani puts it. I got the khandaani cheeks
I am so thin as it is that I can’t afford to loose any weight to make my face thinner. I would luv to have more striking facial features… but looks like I am stuck with what I have. :pcg:
The grass is always greener on the other side eh???
are u married?
with age and marriage comes flesh
dont worry you will be fine ![]()
Re: if you were on my place...
Komal,
eat healthy and get into some kind of workout routine. Excercise should give you the glow you are looking for. At the end be content with the results. Lots of these things that we ourselves are conscious about are hardly noticeable to others.
Re: if you were on my place...
@mabrook:thank you very much.actually i was thinking in this direction to.i dont eat red meat just fish(sometimes).i was thinking that if i eat healthy like you said and excersize i will lose weight but the glow and chubbyness will be there,is it right?!
ohhh you are sooo lucky.i would love to be like you are.why dont you like it?i would be soo content.this is what i want to archieve..but unfortunetly its not working ![]()
Re: if you were on my place…
No
Not lucky… too thin yaar. Would luv to gain a little more weight… and maintain the way my face looks like right now. But I know that won’t happen… i will gain the weight in my face too ![]()
My sister normally weights 20 pounds more than me and she is able to loose 10 pounds and still look healthy and thin AND make her face look slimmer and more striking.
I can’t do that because then I will be way too dangerously thin
lol.
Happy heart: inshAllah I hope to gain the weight as I get older!!! (just hopefully not on the face
). I havn’t gained any weight in almost a decade if u can believe it… . Im not married …only engaged ![]()

yes proper diet, exercises and rigt supplemnts can giv u healthy, glowy skin. i think ppl with lean faces r at more advantage than with plump or broad faces. they look young for long time.
