to be in a desert for 3-4 weeks. with returns to not desert land once a week. how would you keep your hair looking good?

im serious. because, the truth is. my hair makes a huge difference to my face. i look like a swollen, drug-addicted, gross boy without my hair flat ironed. a lil bit of self-grooming makes a hugeeeee difference on my physical appearance, but without it i look gross. :naraz:

so please help me ladies?? pleaseeeeeeee. there has to be a way. yes i want to look ok in a desert to. so i feel comfortable. haaaaaaaalp.

Re: if you were going

Have you considered Japanese straightening?

Re: if you were going

im scareddddddd.

if you were going

Use hair mask mosturizing one n straightening will destroy ur hair first they look nice n all settled but after 2 or three months they will get rough dry n lifeless . Use leave on conditioner ,hydrogen collagen spray or anti frizz hair spray. Also add multi vitamins in ur diet coz when ur nutri is gud ur hair also look healthy

if you were going

N if u want ur hair not to look messy just spray hair styling spray in your hair n comb them quickly afterwards or work ur fingers through ur hair.that will give u smooth not stiff look

Re: if you were going

Hair masques, leave in conditioners..

Re: if you were going

Can you guys recommend some nice organic hair masks?

Re: if you were going

I wouldn't do the Japanese straightening...but I would do the keratin. I am actually considering it for myself soon. Just because it helps with frizz and calms hair down considerably.

I have hair that looks like an afro if it isn't properly styled...I need a solution too.

Re: if you were going

Oh yeah or Keratin. My friends do Japanese straightening and you wouldn't even know.. there's like no damage. Problem with Japanese is that your hair becomes hard to curl after.

Re: if you were going

whats in the keratin? and what does a relaxer do?

and what about their ingredients. im allergic to loads of things...so putting something semi-permanent in my hair for months...is scary.
