For question no 1. I would just lay out the whole scenario to the patient himself. The chances of survival, the symptoms with and without therapy, the effects of chemo and radio as well.
- No, I personally would not like to opt for chemo if hte cancer isnt resectable. It will just prolong my life, and along with it, the suffering. No thank you.
