no not illegal alien , the one from outer space , what would you think ?

  1. Naaaaa it is some one in costume.
  2. Naaaaa it is some animal I have never seen.
  3. Run for your life.
  4. Frozen with you mouth open in disbelief.

And while we are at it how would you know this is an alien from outer space ?

If I saw an unusual creature, I would think its a Jinn. It wouldn't cross my mind that it might be an Alien.

I believe "jinn" is a very vague Islami term for the collective alien peoples. There are bound to be many other (and not just one) intelligent life forms far better then our civilization.

Good question. Do they have a treaty with inhabitants of other planets , they keep on sending missions to other planets without any kind of mutual agreement.
We can get invaded for violating the sovereignty of other planets.
