If you love them set them free....

I was so looking forward to spending time with Safy after he got back and also was hoping to get help around the house but either he is Kayaking, upgrading his swimming life-saving skills, his driving upgrade lessons or spending time with Clara. He is going on a picnic with her today, tomorrow they will go to Rainmaker Rodeo and Sunday they are going camping for three days. Thank goodness I don’t have to look for my gear as Clara has all the stoves, utensils etc. She is taking her tent also. I asked him if parents can come along and we won’t stay at the same campsite and he said no.

He did ask me which mountain to hike and I told him about the Sulphur Mountain, he didn’t know about ticks either, we need to discuss that a bit.

I feel a bit sad at letting him go so early to carve his own path in life. He refused my help in organizing his camping trip. He is also going to a campground we never went. is he trying to assert his independence?

What age should parents let go of the kids?

Re: If you love them set them free…

Don’t know about real kids. But the imaginary ones you should set free as soon as you have them

Re: If you love them set them free…

Re: If you love them set them free…

how come you never mention a thing about your wife other than her stabbing you?

i mean, at least she’s real…

Re: If you love them set them free…

I did mention things about her, you just have to follow more closely. I did tell you that I am taking her on an epic camping trip to Green Pointe, Tofino, Ucluelet, Shuswap Lake, Banff etc. I will take her whale watching and aerial sight seeing. Some days we will just sleep inside the Yukon. IA next year to Alaska, she loves nature. We will leave kids behind. They promise not to party behind us but she does not trust them.

Re: If you love them set them free…

Pata nahi kis k bachay kidnap kar k bhaag gaya. Only a doting mujrim would block out his own photo and show the kids. :frowning:

Yes, Bobby, if you truly love the hostages …you must set them the freeee. -_____-

On a happier note…they are pretty cute, MA.

Re: If you love them set them free…

He is 6ft ripped and shredded now so no worries about setting anyone free, He just got home from kayaking, ate the Nihari, donned denim and gone to Rodeo with Clara. I am like their cook.

Re: If you love them set them free…

Years back in an ad:

Mother looking at her kid wondering: “Mera bacha aisa kyon hai…”

Years gone by, kid grown older

Now his own kids wondering: “Mera abba aisa kyon hai..”

Close enough!

Aur as we say in Punjabi: Aisa Abba tu ne kahan se labba
