I agree with TeenDabbyWala, i wouldn't say anything, in fear of being rejected.
But when i have done, i said it online and in txts. I would never be able to say it face to face.

Doesn’t matter how as long as you tell them. Life is too short to live in fear of rejection. The worse that can happen is that you will be rejected and will feel crappy, but as time goes on, you’ll be glad you told and you know where you stand. Tell that to your friend.

I guess it depends. Getting a long, romantic love letter would make a lot of girls melt into butter. 
Regardless of whether she will return the affection or not. However, being told face to face is also a huge plus cause it takes a LOT of courage to admit something like that. Not many people can do this.

The other day when he showed me the letter i was like 
i want one, and that night i dreamt someone had written me one like one about how amazing i was and how great i looked even if i was mad at them, u know the soppy stuff, and i was so happy, and i woke up and it was all a dream

If it’s the same person who I think it is … I was moved to tears when I read it. Trust me, she will die on the spot cause her heart will explode with love . I told him so too. Damn, if only I got a letter like that.
