I concur.
A couple of days back I met a haitian girl who was brought up as a street vendor in haiti, where her mom and grandma were also street vendors. She turned things around and started traveling different countries meeting street vendors and writing about them. Now she has started her own startup which is worth millions of dollars.
You just never know unless you try!

Good, but that would be narrating his story. How about writing your own perspective. Or may be some fiction?

One of the future professions I had thought of as a kid was: Writer.
I used to write a lot of short stories (in German) and got really good feedback back then. But then priorities changed and I ended up in IT. I am grateful and happy that I did, but sometimes I think to myself: “Kaash main writer ki profession try kar laita.”

I wanted to write fiction many years ago. Loosely based on myself. But then my mind started playing tricks on me… Blocking some events… Blocking how i felt at certain times and all that… So huge chunks of things which shaped me went missing. Dropped the idea.

You can still be a writer… Now or when you retire. No age limit for writers.

That is true! It will probably not happen now. Too many other things that are keeping me busy at the moment.
But I think eventually I will write a book at some point. And that might lead to another, etc.
