That is awesome, I kind of teach this stuff. Yes active listening is hard work and we come from a lazy background and don’t actively listen. I train my staff to ask questions, paraphrase and seek clarity and never make assumptions. I showed them the video about science of persuasion and how you can influence people. How we reward ourselves and how we view success is critical, I took my childrens focus away from money and directed them more towards building relationships and memories. If you have great memories with your loved ones than that to me is success.
