(i) Living with in-laws, means sharing the same house.

(ii) Living on your own, without your in-laws

I would choose option 2 but I am sort of stuck with option 1. I make it work. It doesn't seem like option 2 will ever be an available option.

Of course option 2. I just take my time adjusting to people so I know it would take me a while to adjust to anyone but my husband. And @Theorist, you live w/ in-laws? Wow. I didn't expect that for some reason.

1 with full knowledge that there wl be times i wl hate it but living with family is the life i want and i truly believe that its worth all the arguments/fights it brings along ;).

both my MIL and FIL passed away before i got married and i’ve always wondered how life would be living with in laws.. so if i had an option i would go for b .. after all having bazuurg in your house is considered a blessing.. no? :blush:

I would in ideal situation want to choose option 2 but with in laws living as near as possible in case they need us ..but if am given option 1 I would be ok with that too..and am sure when I move back to Pakistan I would have to live with in laws most probably

Definetly option 2, but I live with my inlaws just MIL and FIL, it's a lot of responsibility. They visit pak every year for 3 or 4 months. So I've experienced both but prefer living alone, life's more easier this way.

Option 3 - living on your own without husband or in laws.

Option 2 but not far away from his parents or my mine because him being a real foodie and me being a terrible cook is a recipe of a possible disaster (so we need a backup when we are not eating out :p)

And I think its great help to have them near you once you have kids and both of you are working full time :D
