U know, it looks liek a paanch-lara..but there's 3 rows of smaller chains up top..im not sure if they're attached or not. necklace is a regular necklace.

this si the first time m seeing a bride wear all of it, the haar, neckalce, earrings etc...i have a few pictures of brides from the 1990s who wore that saat/paanch lara with other sets. it's a classic piece

**My shweeeeeeeeet Mama Jani is wearing saat lara haar on her sisters wedding it was way back in 1987 :).It is like our family haar which my Baba Jani especially bought for her and gifted her :). It will be now gifted to me on my wedding from my parents. Well I already have a bridal gold set bought from Damas for my barat and I’m thinking to wear this haar along with that because this way I’ll feel happy to and so my parents and it will look good too. My mom told me to wear on Valima but I said no way, I’ll wear it on barat :).

^ that black necklace she has on is totally ruining her look.
i love her rani haar though- its nice to see it with rubies instead of pearls!
it also works though cos she has little kaam on the shirt.
and her teeka is so pretty!

^ i guess the kaam is so bareek and tone on tone that the red stands out nicely. i thought it was the print of the fabric!
if she'd taken the black one off, it would have been perfect with just the choker and raani haar.

yeah.... no black necklace, shorter haar, would make it perfect.
it is kaam on the blouse though.
