You could use the ability to make better/sounder decisons ahead of time. You see that a decision you made isn’t going to work..so you can take measures to avert it. The insight would also allow you to help people as you’d know in advance what will befall them.

What can you drastically change in 48 hours? I think the question should have been better if it talked about changing the past events.
