There are many capable leaders, but none with the balls to stay afloat in this countries problems except Musharraf. The only way to rule effectively is the way he is doing it now.
Maybe Putin OR mahatir (although mahatir just left power last year or so)

If we had leaders like Mahatir Muhammad, the former prime minister of Malaysia it woud be great.
In 30 years he turned a third world Muslim country, that was as poor as pakistan, into a first world developed prosperous country.
Malaysia is the more rich high tech asian country after japan and taiwan.
also Mahatir muhammad is very outspoken and has spoken out against zionist criminals.

The quality that all the leaders anywhere in the world, who have made any significant impact, had/have is that they're Patriotic and loyal. They're willing to go sleepless nights because the nation's situation worries them. They tend to walk rather than drive just so they in any of their actions don't burden the already hampered economy. In history of Pakistan, after Jinnah, we haven't had any such leaders.

Well, we can't just plant any world leader in the prime minister's secretariat or presidential house in Pakistan, no matter how successful he has been on home turf. Every country is unique in terms of its geo-politics, weaknesses and strengths, and only a leader who fully understands these realities can successfully lead the country. The ability to provide good governance, although very important, is not the only virtue that a great leader should have. Nevertheless, Pakistani leaders and politicians can certainly learn a lot from good world leaders of the past and the present.
