There are a lot of things I would change if I could but then again there is no point thinking what if? The past is the past and we just need to learn from the mistakes in our lives in order to make the future better.

Truly, I've had a great childhood and life, no complaints whatsoever. If I look back as far as I can, the only thing I really regret is not having gone to med school. I wish I had become a doc like my mom and dad. I do love my life at this point and don't wish to make any changes but just keeping in line with the thread, that is the only thing I think I would change.

Cos i too come from a whole line of medics, and both my siblings are Drs also… i just felt like breaking out of the mould and doing something different…

But in a sense, you can still study Medicine in your own time… i like reading medical journals and can hold conversations with any medic about most things ‘medically related’… i just don’t happen to have Dr in the front of my name… :hinna:

OMG i would love to dissect and operate…sounds freaky but it doesn’t phase me…

Yeah i know what you mean… it’s an ongoing learning process…and i don’t think i would have the patience for it… it’s like studying forever especially if you go into surgery… you have no life left…

And hence why i am still waiting for hubby to return from work, and its half 11 in the evening here… a surgeon’s day never ends… :bummer:

well i would live my life same as before
because i have always made my own decisions, parents never forced me and i never listened to any one. The things i did or choices i made were best suited> I follow my heart and my heart will make me live the same life again. For me its not about right or wrong its abt what i want.
