Going through the conversations in one of the forums here such as Pakistan or World Affairs, History or even about Life and Relationships, the truth menifests itself that our healthy and productive conversation is only possible when we have difference of opinion among ourselves.
Of course, if there is no respect of others’ opinion, this would rather turn in to Chaos, fights, and wars.
How would this life and world be like if we agreed to each other on everything?

Boring but orderly. There would be peace, but I think we would all agree that it were boring.
If we agreed with each other on everything then we would have the same mess ... Because if you and I differed, then you agreed with me I would agree with you and we would end up disagreeing with our own initial stances and hence arrive at the same place. :D
Disagreement is the precursor to healthy exchange of ideas. The key question is - how much disagreement is really tolerated in society? If this forum is a microcosm of society, how much flexibility is given to posters of all backgrounds, creed and views?
