I used to run an IT training , over the weekends we used to have all day classes so the students were served exotic food for lunch like nihari, biryani ,paya, paratha kabab etc , etc and were given a long break after the lunch so that if they would want to doze off they could. They loved it.
So in my school there will always be heavy lunch and long break to break the lunch down.
