My school WILL have uniform. Why? Because I had to go through it damnit and all kids will suffer through it

well i worked as a Vice Principal..i changed there uniforms,no bags ,no homework..actually introduced the locker system ,so that the students dont have to handle so HEAVY school bags.if you know how bags are in pakistan.i changed the school timming to 8 to 4.so that the students can do there homework in school and at home they can play or learn the tests.

If would be a principal of a school then
I would make sure the faculty is doing there jobs correctly and are happy doing their jobs.
I would make sure the curriculum is up to standards of teaching.
I would make sure the students are learning and like being at my school.
I would develop communication with teachers and parents.
I would keep up on what is going on at other schools around my school so it can stay on top of educational needs and preferences.
I would get together with staff on a regular basis to see if any new ideas or suggestions can be used at the school to improve it for the students learning process, etc.

I used to run an IT training , over the weekends we used to have all day classes so the students were served exotic food for lunch like nihari, biryani ,paya, paratha kabab etc , etc and were given a long break after the lunch so that if they would want to doze off they could. They loved it.
So in my school there will always be heavy lunch and long break to break the lunch down.

As much as we hated uniforms, uniform is a good thing because some kids don't have the money to afford as good clothes as other richer kids. So if they all wear uniforms, poorer kids don't feel bad as they don't see other in better clothes.
