I saw a documentary about him on bbc, they showed that pic and said it wasnt him.
And anyway its from the sun, not the most trustworthy of newspapers.
Infact hes never been to the west.
i think its real. right after 9/11 TIME published it too. and its not surprising how modern the whole family looks in line with the trends of the 60s-70s, most elite arabian families are that way. the conservatism and the blacked out ladies are just for the public, in their homes or when touring the west they are as western as any wstern.
