the partition, created a lot of hate & anger.
All issues, which could have been settled peacefully, could not be done, in this atmosphere of hate & mistrust.
so i feel, if the partition had been peaceful, all the current issues of Kashmir, saichen, water, and more, could have been resolved in the first few years of our independence.
further, pakistan would not have needed the ' non state actors/terrorists' help to fight its wars. no huge army expenses. we could have both prospered.
all the ills of today, are are the result of our bitter breakup of the past.
