That is not evolution. Did Influenza virus change into Hepatitis virus? Only few amino acids on H antigen and N antigen change which make it unrecognizable to last years IgG antibodies in our blood. This is not evolution.

dinosaurs did not evolve into mammals. they evolved into birds. influenza cannot become hepatitis…first of all hepatitis already exists.
