Please consider this post as national issue, and do not try to twist it as any sort of political agenda. So, comment and give opinion and suggestion taking oneself above political affiliations or vested interest, and for the betterment of the country.
In my opinion … after all this mayhem and protest if parties come to senses than they should negotiate on following issues … sincerely and honestly:
1: Get several constituencies rechecked and if found rigged than accept that last election was massively rigged. Well, it is possible that with mutual agreement all agree without any recheck that last election was massively rigged.
2: Once it gets determined (by mutual understanding or recheck) that last election was rigged, than last election (2013) should be declared defunct.
3: A New, permanent, more powerful, independent and impartial election commission should be formed with consent of all parties, and on merit.
4: It should become part of election that security of country and polling stations should become responsible of armed forces, who should have men on ground to make sure no rigging and insecurity happens (at all polling station).
5: if it is determined that 2013 election is rigged, than interim government should be declared as soon as possible with consent of all political parties (not just one in government and opposition leader) and new election date should be called as soon as possible.
6: If it is determined that 2013 election was not rigged (that can be determined after recheck or mutual understanding) than next election should be on time in 2018.
7: Presidential form of government and proportional representation should get implemented in the country, so that influence and exploitation of power bases and impact of rigging can be reduced.
Other negotiation clauses:
8: An independent body should be formed that is politically free, and that should overseas all state institutions and make sure that government should not use state institutions wrongly or for personal gains.
9: Local government should get elected as soon as possible and most powers should be transferred to local bodies, so that areas become independent from the exploitation and influence of central or provincial governments,
10: It should be worked out that country should get divided into many administrative units, so that country can be ruled by various bodies and not few powerful bodies.
