Yaar, I was just doing a mazak. can’t you tell a joke? The jerk spoke last night (my beloved President) and he mentioned that Iran is the biggest threat to the world (and it reminded me what he said before attacking Iraq, about a year and a half ago). So, in light of the future attack on Iran, I am setting my sails right. So if the situation arises, you will all know where I stand. I hope I have clarified my situation. Thank you.

While I totally agree that the recent actions of the people in charge of white house in the past couple of decades seem to suggest that they wouldn’t want to start a fight that would mean massive GI casualties or any civilian casualties at home, it is not fair to take that impression & believe that building a nuclear bomb will most certainly make a country safe.
In the past, knowing quiet well how bad the outcome can be, Americans have gone into war. Majority of the Americans believed Iraq had WMDs and greater majority believed that their sons & daughters participating in the war will most probably come under WMD attack but they still went into war.
When the Cuban missile crisis occurred in the Kennedy era, most of the top military commanders at that time wanted to go ahead & wipe out Cuba even if it meant making the beautiful south a nuclear wasteland, but the liberals saved the day.
Now, what Iran can do in order to ‘fend off an attack’ is to get all the religious leaders together and pray to Allah that He may guide the white house in making wise decisions which in the past four years have been quiet a struggle.

It's big country in Iran, it could soak up 150000+ in no time. The targetted strikes of nook facilites maybe on the cards, but then again so would be retaliation. Way to go diplomacy!
