40 million deaths is a number spread out by the Jews and has never been fully confirmed. More russians died in the second world war than the jews and nobody talks about them. Anyhow Hitler after converting to Islam would have started with a clean slate and thus would have been accountable only for his post islamic life.

Abay, 40 Million Europeans died in World War II and 30 Million Asians. Total death toll from World War II is around 70 Million.

Since Germany started the war, I blame the deaths that occurred in Europe on its leader, Hitler.

But thats besides the point, I am just asking the question whether an evil man can convert to Islam and have his wiped out.
