Yes, absolutely but it’s different than a bomber/shooter under an abaya. In those cases, it’s the person under the abaya doing the deed.

So it’s okay to be lethally distracting so long as you don’t intend it and for those extremely rare cases where terrorists go about in abayas that ruins it for all those women who want to exercise their freedom to cover up?

And it is not like that at all … One does not blame the pedestrian for the crash in a court of law, but one does attribute trends to crashes relating to such a phenomenon. It is not the same thing at all … But to be honest women who wear revealing clothing are doing that to create attention that goes in their direction.

I think those who have argued against it don’t care because it does not affect them … Alcohol is the biggest killer in the world and they won’t outlaw that either because it affects them … It’s not about liberties - it’s about liberties for a select people …
