^ I guess the utiity doesnt support the new IE Beta.
The last thing i cant tell you is that you can try “[Repairing](http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm#How to Repair Windows XP by Installing Over top of Existing Setup:)” the Windows Installation from the Original Windows XP CD.
Otherwise just do a fresh re-install of Windows.
