The guy probably had roza and the girl was from trash stock...Wearing very revealing clothes...He probably asked her to cover up a bit because he was fasting, hence

If he actually told her to wear a scarf it couldn't have been caz she was wearing trashy clothes... caz when the doc is working on a patient's teeth, they put this blanket kind of thing on the patient so their body is hidden. besides the scarf thats common in the west does nothing to hide anything other than the hair.

Ramzaan of 2005, that would have been during winters and I doubt the woman was wearing anything revealing. He asked her to wear a head scarf not a coat or jacket or blanket, besides if he lacks self-control I don;t know why she should suffer for it, maybe he should take leave in the month of ramazan.
I think asking ppl to wear headscarves against their will is as bad as asking people to remove their head scarves against their will.

I remember a thread in gen about a year or two ago in which a woman was asked to remove her Hijab because of some minor thing or something when she visited an establishment...
Every person who posted in that thread was against the Hijaban telling her to move, take it off e.t.c....
So if it's a Muslim being asked by an owner to do something against his or her wishes, it's the Muslim's fault...
And if it's a Muslim owner asking something of someone else, it's still the Muslim's fault...
It's like this: If a person talks about polygamy to a mod Muslim, it's ghastly, it's bad, it's depraved, it's out of the question, it's barbaric...Ask the same person about homosexuality then it's all good and acceptable and we should tolerate it...

No dentist even in Pakistan will ask some one to take a scarf or go away, let alone an employee of NHS.

If a Muslim storeowner opens a business, then he MUST sell alcohol and gambling...Because since he is a Muslim, he MUST service anyone who visits his business...Otherwise he should move back to a Muslim country because the country he lives in requires him to submit to the norms of its society...

discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs is against the law my friend. I understand that we probably need to hear his side of the story but we shouldn't be blindly favoring/defending him like the way you are.

Hyperactive if that is a policy he wishes to implement he should have it posted somewhere so the patients can decide for themselves if they want to be treated by him or not. Make your rules and stay consistent don't pick and choose the women you want to coverup.

Reminds me of the signs posted in the U.S back in 60s and 70s saying stuff like "Bath rooms for Whites only" or "Blacks not allowed" outside restaurants. Not that I was here back then but I have heard and seen in the movies.
