ghar ka bhedi is famous one. Shah Alam Palam (read in some history book) and Dill tarse pani (wikipedia)

Old Delhi, the capitol in MuGhal period, was a very small area and the village Palam [where the International Airport lies (it’s old name was Palam Airport)] was a short distance [22 km] away hence they coined this phrase to emphasize Shah Alam’s range of reign.

literally meaning it pours all around, while Delhi lies parched. An allusion to the sometimes semi-arid climate of Delhi, it idiomatically refers to situations of deprivation when one is surrounded by plenty
