Identifying designers

Hi everyone. I’ve found a couple of outfits on Facebook but I’m having problems identifying the orginal designers or where I can purchase them. If anyone in the UK has seen them anywhere I would be so grateful if you could let me know where or if anyone knows where I can buy them online or has seen anything similar I would appreciate the help, thank you.
