Mirch I depends where you are and who is doing it to you.
In a way, I will never play along!!!
But when I use to work at the store. there were older married women who use to come and talk and flirt on regular bases. I knew they did not want to take at any further so I did not mind.
There some women who would drop by on their way home from work get some thing small talk and leave.
There were girls who use to tell me oh “my mum has huge crush on you” 
I mean I am talking to them with affection because of thier old age, and in return get some motherly vibes,
And them having crush
But if it is person who is available and looking, I would NEVER EVER play along unless I like them too. Cuz that can put ppl in sticky position and ppl end up getting hurt.
