Very creative thinking. Now that I see it again, it does look something like that, but no, no chance of snow in the UAE any time soon:)
There is a hint in there somewhere, if one looks closely, but I admit, the hint might not be that obvious.

all i see is some dusty stuff.
I admit this was fairly difficult.
The top arrow is my reflection as I snapped the picture.
The bottom arrow points to the nose of the dolphin.
This picture is from a cruise we recently took in the Strait of Hormuz, where dolphins are abundant. This picture is from when a dolphin came straight up to the nose of our boat, and starting swimming alongside at a pretty rapid pace. The droplets (which were referred to as snow) are those of the boat kicking up water as it speeds along.
I lunged forward at the tip of the boat, as is evident from my reflection, and took this pic. The nose of the dolphin can be clearly seen.
