Ideas

I have ideas in my head. Many garbage but a few good ones. All kinds of ideas. I do not have the time or money to turn those ideas into reality. How do you go about doing just that while maintaining a day job. Thank yous.

Re: Ideas

Become an investor. Spot people who are motivated to run a business but dont have the means. Once you become the investor you will always have a say in how a business is taken forward and that will help you achieve your ideas put into reality plus dedicated people who are giving time to the business while you fulfill your day job

Re: Ideas

^He said he does not have money.

You have to invest one or the other of time and money. If you dont have money, then you can submit your idea at https://www.kickstarter.com/.

Re: Ideas

what are your ideas, btw?

i've a very good business idea for those who have as little as $5000 and a partner who can invest time.

Cheegum, if you have $5000 to spare then lemme know. :)

Re: Ideas

oops thanks for pointing that out TLK. Actually if the ideas are really unique, you will need to find one of the two , time or money to do something with them for your own good. Who knows the ideas put into action might win you so much achievement that eventually you will quit your day job to run with your business full time :smokin:

Re: Ideas

on a serious note, I had a think about this and am thinking along the lines of you getting intellectual rights for the ideas. THat will protect your interest as well as give others the opportunity to run with those ideas. What say. now to find out how you can do that , I will ask around :hmmm:

Re: Ideas

Thank you all very kindly for your input.

TLK bhai thank you for clarification and the kick starter idea.

KKF jaani if I had $5000 lying around I would invest them in one of the ideas that I have.

CB thank you, yes intellectual property is a concern in my head, I do not know if it is a valid concern or not. I fear that when I spend money and approach technical people to execute my ideas they will steal and run away with them. Perhaps I should look into finding legal ways to secure my IP.

My ideas are not all business related. Making money is not my end goal here. They are more humanitarian.

Re: Ideas

You know you can always share any humanitarian ideas with me. I'll do whatever I can to make them happen.

Re: Ideas

What’s the profit margin for the investor and what’s the time-frame for return ?
What is the risk ?
Please enlighten. :chai:
