afterwards you won't really remmeber (nor will anyone else) the decorations, but u will remember how u felt.. with no sleep and stressed out, and it will show on ur face which will show on ur pictures which will show...everything :p

it's okay not to hire a professional decorator but you should really have someone else to do it...you can ask your friends, just give them the decorating stuff and tell them how you want it but let them do this stuff coz you wont have time. I did my wedding decorations myself but I was late for my makeup appointment and it made me late for nikkah which was supposed to be at 8pm but I arrived at 9:30pm....it was embarrassing!!!! :o

i wouldnt recommend doing it yourself..you are going to be tired and stressed...and all that fatigue is going to show in your pictures..you need to hire the professionals and let them do their job..just relax and look pretty...

We got ours from Garden Ridge. they were on sale too, we got lucky!

but i'm sure you can find them at hobby lobby, michaels, those kinda places too.

Would a or white carpet look better leading upto the stage? Say white carpet with pink rosepetals scattered or pink carpet with white rose petals scattered?
