What is it supposed to do... just work the hips and body co-ordination....?
I'm thinking i could use it for arms too a weighted hoop would have a lot of gyroscpic energy and if done properly would work a lot of the upper forearm muscles... wow never thought i'd see it that way but it makes sense... i'm going to try it, besides i've nothing to lose really...

Abay gorays. This is Afghanistan. Specifically a location with no power so why do you expect them to have machines? I have access to no machines. Not even decent weights. I will have to get them made with cement and oil cans if I need them. That is what I am dealing with.

Hence why i suggested you use rocks etc and in case you cant find a leather punchbag then you can have fun and work with your own stuff… i mean theres no limits except your imagination brother…
I used to butt heads with rams when i was a boy but dont try it if your not used to it you might get brain damage or worse… ![]()
If you can find buckets fill them with sand or water and you have wieghts… the good thing with those is that you can alter the wieght of the bucket as you train by adding more or taking out… besides carrying water from one place to another is very good excercise… Do you read namaz? That too is basic excercise.
Oh and if you can find yourself a sturdy staff theres so much you can do with a strong staff… for a start when you get stronger you can carry wieghts using your staff as a bar.
In Afhanistan it must be tough, but you can be tougher if you want to… I ahve faith in you bhai. :k:
Also it would be a prime time to perfect ground fighting… understandably you dont have a partner to practice with at the moment but you can still wrestle with substitute materials.
If your just after normall excercise i’d suggest maybe kicking a ball even in a small space you can perfect techniques in a game such as football… trust me i can out dribble your average player easy becuase for years i worked with a ball and got so good i could literally make it stick to me…
I’m martial spirited but it’s great becuase there are few other sports i cant play since my fitness is all round rather than specific to one area.
Also it might sound totally crazy but music is a great help… you can work out a lot better with music. How big is the compoud your in? If you can string up a sturdy rope line across it…
Theres no limit to the fun you can have with a length of rope… you can hang off it… climb and creep along it… etc.
If materials are available you can even get excercise by carrying wiegths up and down the stairs… even crawling is excercise… when you were a baby thats how you grew up… ![]()
Crawling works a lot of mucsles and take no notice of other people when your training… they have no idea how determined you are do they.
