I want to wear this but i dunno how i can pull it off..its sleeveless with these little bead laces all over like in the pic..its georgette, the kurta is pink with blue kaam and the shalwar is blue with pink kaam..my mom wont approve of the sleeveless 
Second choice, but i’m not sure..last tme i tried it on it was kinda tight

Aaana, ther’es no way to do that right now. When I go to pakistan again ill have it fixed, but for nw, if i wear it, i’ll try pinning hte duputta around my shoulders.
Waisey i really dont c the big deal abt it, i’m not going out, and nobody besides family comes over and even when its family, its mostly women and little kids

welll...my mom would never let me wear a sleeveless kameez for eid..even if its with just family arrnd..and i personally wouldnt feel comfortable either wearing something like that..i guess u could buy a baby pink jacket kinda thing..u know one of those..erm..one of those little sweater things..i actually dont know what they r called..but u know one of those little half sweater things

I have no idea whats in syle in pakistan right now, but i have two options for eid, my in laws sent me these two a few months ago and i need to figure out which one to wear. (Ps the shape might be a little off cause there unstiched suits i just hand stiched them to roughly see what they would look like.)
This is the first option, the dupatta is the multi coloured thing hanging off the side, and the shalwar is the same colour.
This is the seccond option, this is the front of the shirt.
the right is the dupatta and the left is the shalwar.
I’m somewhat leaning towards the first one, cause i’m going to be having people at my house for lunch, and it seems more spill/stain friendly

A general reminder for all girls - If you are going to pray eid namaz, then dont forget the Islamic dress code for it. Make your shalwars aren't see-through :o And if you are wearing sleeveless wear a big chaddar or something over it to cover your arms.

thanks sara, ya i love it too, i'm worried though that since its such a light colour it might get difficult to cook and host a lunch without staining it.

ya i think i might, i plan to have the cooking done ahead of time, so i just have to reheat and set up…my husbands friends invited us to dinner at night so i might indulge and wear both the outfits, the black for lunch and the cream for dinner

Sara: I think a dupatta should be fine. Otherwise, maybe see if you can get a pretty shrug to go with it.
Nani is sending me a new outfit from Karachi, but it may not get here in time for Eid. Perhaps I’ll wear it at a later dawat. The description my cousin sent me of the clothes is: its hot pink with ferozi kaam on it…with straight pants…the dupatta is tie n die , pink n ferozi with a lil kaam on it too…the kaam is not too much though…a lil on sherwani collar n gala n a lil on the sleeves n pants
I can’t wait to see it :love:. Since it’s not coming on time most likely, I will wear a new shalwar kamiz that is ferozi and blue. that’s pretty too
