Re: Ideas for Eid Day Brunch.
Chicken roast as you have only to marinate it and then put in oven. Mutton karahi, not much onion is needed n not needed to be brown at all. Boneless fish or chicken handi is another quick dish. In dessert I have a very good recipe of cold cake that is again quick and a coffee delight which is a yum one just need overnight freezer space. Biryani or pulao are great on eid menu but the definitely take time. ALthough i cook my biryani in 15 mins usually only standing time) which gets ready in 30 to 35 mins. Biryani can however be made fast if you use rice cooker for cooking rice.
Chikkar cholay is another quick recipe and it adds to menu. Before hand if you can make kababs then kabab masala is my favourite dish to serve as if kababs are made its not at all tough to serve it. Palak gosht with freeze spinach or canned one is also a rapid one. Daam ka Qeema can be a good option too. Hope it would suffice and you can pick some from these. Have a great day

Puris with halwa, choolay, alloo salan, keema!
Re: Ideas for Eid Day Brunch.
How about an omelette with veggies like bell peppers onions tomatoes mushrooms and throw in some sausages! Also add cheese.
Re: Ideas for Eid Day Brunch.
I have narrowed down my choices for the brunch to Puri, Aloo ki tarkari, Choley, dam ka qeema, beef patties made with puff pastry sheets, veggie pizza for kids and for deserts sheeer khurma and coffee cake. O fcourse there will be tea and coffee with refreshing punch.
Re: Ideas for Eid Day Brunch.

Yes I will be making puris from ready made uncooked chapatis. I am talking about the ones that you can get from Costco (uncooked chapatis) we just have to fry them. I have used those kind few times and they turn out exactly like the home made puris.
