Ideas for Baby shower

I am throwing my friend a baby shower. It’s going to be a small get together… there is going to be 10-12 of us.

What are some fun things I can plan for the shower?

Since it's so small, you could maybe go out to a cute place for tea/dinner/lunch/dessert.

There are some places that do tea parties with gloves and crumpets and everything! I want to find one for myself :D
