What a pretty dress! i love the colour! I think that would work really well with light coloured denim skinny jeans and tan wedges...you could maybe wear a half sleeved top underneath in a pale colour/white to cover up your arms or a shrug?
For the evening...it depends on what you wear, you could pair it with leggings?
Hmm for work you could wear it with a light coloured cardigan and some fitted trousers? As the dress flares out I think you'd have to balance it with something fitted rather than bootcut.

As for hijab, you can do classic black or if you have a matching hijab. But this style of wearing it will go well with the dress.
