Irf: You basically need to make sure that the CMS you choose supports the capability of having audio/video functionaility on there.... hence plugins (meaning additional support) may be needed. If you're going to go with Joomla (which is quite impressive, thanks for the info Giz!;)) then you should research the available plug-ins available for that.

Cadet was basically saying that you should do your research before implementing a CMS, as your audio/video needs may not be supported by such. :)

i also did some quick research on Joomla, my next qustion is to chose a best hosting provider? i also noticed i can get around 6 USD per month, if i pay annual with joomla pre installed, is it worth paying little more to get it preinstalled rather than doing the hassel on your own?
please sugguest some hosts, also mine willb e online audio and video site so how much band width should i go with per month? if i link to youtube than i will probably not have to worry about bandwidth?

As for joomla’s audio/video support. That’s endless. If there isn’t something you’re looking for, then you can develop that yourself (if you can) else have it done by someone (who can do that)

*and supports Video Conversion (if u want to upload videos on ur site rather then just sharing youtube, metcafe links)......
But it will highly depend on which plugin you are using ....
Most of the video Uploading Plugins require FFMPEG library to be installed on server....

good stuff i am getting most of it but also still considering getting a freelancer to do a website, any idea how much will it cost if i get someone to do a basic lay out, may be few cool graphics and get the basic stuff done for me, rest i can manage? considering this is non profit site?

thanks, i will keep you guys up to date on this progrsss and need some motiviation becuaswe i normally come up with ideas very active in start but sometime gets lazy..... :) do not want to do it this time.
