today I received the letter in which these are following prices for respective country which ever one you want to donate. my question is why PAkistan is sooooo expensive, whereas its neighboring counties are not?

It's cheaper than 1 out of two neighbouring countries.

Anyway, it's natural for prices to be higher as livestock populations are still recovering from the 2010 floods. A lot more animals than people died in the floods, so demand for animals is higher causing prices to rise.
