does anyone knows how these edible flowers are made? these cupcakes are sho lovelyyyy… i know the deco is made of some sugar mix… anyone got a tried and tested recipe???

If you are in the US or Canada, you can take classes at Michael's to learn cake decoration.. It's all worth it!!!

I learned how to make all those flowers in a Wilton Cake Decorating class. Its alot of fun and a great thing to learn!!!!!
The icing used to make roses (as above) is a combo of stiff and medium icing. The recipe is quite simple (shortenning, icing sugar, flavouring, water) but its all in the technique.
