Some event management companies offer to have one set up for you so you can leave it with them … im assuming the hotshot ones like QYT and Harmann do so .. however a small one also offered to get me one when i asked .. never seen one in an event though so its better to talk to an event management company ..

Can you please give me the details of the company that did it? I have tried calling many and no one’s offering it. Thanks
