Some event management companies offer to have one set up for you so you can leave it with them ... im assuming the hotshot ones like QYT and Harmann do so .. however a small one also offered to get me one when i asked .. never seen one in an event though so its better to talk to an event management company ..

hahaha they doo .. for indoor events and nice weather events .. saww some freakin pvt events have them!!

Can you please give me the details of the company that did it? I have tried calling many and no one's offering it. Thanks

Try Hannan Waheed (HnS Events), the guy is very co-operative, even if he does not offer them he will help you from where to get it.
Not sure if this is relevant here but my friend (from Canada)booked an event with him by paying him Rs. 50,000 advance on my recommendation, but unfortunately due to a death in Groom's family, the wedding got postponed. Both the families decided to have a small ceremony in Canada and avoid big events in Pakistan due to relatives and family problems. We wanted our refund from the vendors but none of them were co-operative except this guy.
Hannan not only gave us the amount back (cheque) but also sent my friend a message on her Canada cell, saying something like...'Sorry to hear about the sad demise,all the best for your wedding,have a happy married life ahead'
Every one from our family really appreciated that and were really thankful to him...my friends mom being the most:)

^Sorry but Hanan Waheed definitely does not how to do business. I met with him, showed him pics of what I like, and even sorted out prices and when I tried to contact him again, he never picked up. So I had to urgently find another event management company which was so close to the wedding.
