Re: ice-cream recipes
Yes you can make it, are you looking for a recipe with the ice cream maker or without?
Re: ice-cream recipes
Yes, you can. All you have to do is take your favourite juice, put it in ice cream mould & freeze. I used to do that when I was kid.

Re: ice-cream recipes
Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients
800 ml milk
50 gr cocoa
120 gr sugar
6 egg yolks
Boil the milk in a pan, and melt the cocoa in a bowl adding few tablespoon of boiling milk.
Then add the melted cocoa (if its lumpy u can filter it) into the milk pan and stir to blend it well.
Meanwhile in a bowl mix the egg yolks with sugar and mix it well until you get a light colored soft cream.
Now mix together the eggs cream with milk and put it back on the flame.
Low down the heat and keep mixing until you get a perfect blended cream without boiling the mixture.
Fill the sink with cold water and put the pan in the sink to let it cool, keep stirring constantly.
When cold put it in a glass bowl and freeze it.
Wait until it will start getting harder (not fully) Take it out and mix it well, you have to do this every hour for 3 -4 times.
PS: before starting put the glass bowl in the fridge, so its perfectly cold when you put the mixture in it.

^^the mixture should not be brought to boiling point after adding eggs?
Yes you can use milk instead of cream, more calorie concious use skimmed milk ![]()
