something wrong from ur side. It is buffer-free stream.

resintall WINAMP FULL fom WINAMP.com
if that dont work reinsall again remember to delete winamp folder from programe files after u uninstall .. then install winamp again

is your internet dial up or broadband. If dial up then you will get buffering.
