BUT BOYS DID WELL !..thats all he’s learned,![]()
wat a match ![]()
BULLSHYT
He should have said:
“Oh Well! Boys will be Boys” ![]()

It is funny because with this Pakistani team you can never tell. I thought we woudl lose to India and we won and I was convinced we would win today and we lost. There goes my powers of predicition.
well, at the end of the day, at least we won something = the toss ![]()
Only goes to prove you can never be succesful as a fortune teller.

Some times Inzi sounds like a nurse outside the operation theatre announcing,
Its a BOY ,and he says to BAT first, morron ![]()
Or
BOYS,we have a girl last one gets the rotten egg,![]()
No doubt winning and losing is part of the game. However, the way Pakistan loses sometimes is just outrageous. I wish we learn to lose with dignity and not fully give the game away to the opponents.
At least we won the game against India and that's what matters to me the most. Better luck next time. Hopefully we'll learn from our mistakes and outperform West Indies in other tournaments, insha'Allah.

No thumbs for today's game, just one finger for them. Where did all the lessons go? Choosing to bat first when nobody would have? Was he trying to proove some experiments wrong? Getting all out on 131? Not choosing right bowlers in right moments?

i agree yarr.....i am so dejected right now...sitting in my office.....thinking why the hell, inzi decided to bat first.....is he dumb.....come on...there were so many clouds....ball was swinging....and he decided to bat?inzi are you out of your mind.....

I don’t believe we fielded first. In yesterday’s interview Inzi himself said “It’s a difficult track”. We always laugh off such defeat because Pakistani team is capable of such below average games. It is a serious concern and should be addressed accordingly.
One word! PROFESSIONALISM
we needed a stable batsman in the team, one who could just come in and just block for 10-15 overs .... did'nt have one and the whole team crumbled like novices! bring back Yonis Khan!
hate to sound like broken record, but thats what the team needs right now
so Younis Khan is a guaranteed blocker? just tells us how many times he brought team out of crisis?
Why dont they include Asim Kamal in the team? I still dont understand.
no guarantees in life or sports ... you just have to think rationally.
Younis Khan has a solid defense and sound technique. A player like this usually helps avoid the crises from happening in the first place. Had he been playing today and blocked one end scored 20-30-40 runs in say 70 or 80 deliveries, most people would have criticized him and thought he is not fit for one dayers, not realizing that the whole team would crumbled for 131 in 32 overs had it not been for his slow innings. We need some solid batsmen in the team, true, he can not swing like Afridi or time the ball like Inzi, but everyone plays a different role, that’s how the teams work! you have to pick players that will make the team work together as a unit. Inzi is not a fool to keep insisting on younis khan's inclusion. We have tons of flashy players who like to play quick fire innings, only a handful who have the stamina and patience to spend time in the middle. While we at it, I think even Saleem Elahi should be given another chance as an opener. Dunno why he was dropped in the first place.
^ mere bhai,
Younis Khan was part of Pakistani squad against Sri Lanka in Asia cup when similar crisis happened and Pakistan collapsed to 122. What did he do?
Here it is :
Younis Khan c Jayawardene b Maharoof 1 5 3 0 0
That is not something you can proudly say "yeah, see, he blocked the downfall". He is mediocre batsman. PCB should seek fresh blood, new face, Asim Kamal might do the trick.
Wasn’t that just a God awful display by Pakistan today ![]()
Oh well, atleast it will be a house full of England supporters for the final. That’ll be a first! ![]()

I am all for Asim Kamal, he can take up the keeper's gloves. he seems to be a solid bat as well.
Re: Younis Khan, well, how about a more recent example? that match against SAfrica, or how about some other previous performances? why just pick one? I think that game against SA is an excellet example of why we need him. now that game we can "proudly" say "yeah, see, he can block"

what game? the game that never was supposed to be counted in ODI? He smacked Hong Kong all over the place for his 140? He is mediocre player, believe me. Why don't you prove that he really is a blocker player and performs when needed? I used to think of him as a good player too, but he failed just like Afridi in terms of expectations, will play in 1-2 out of 10 matches but still will not be a "match winner".
