** At the completion of six-year cycle:**

  • Pakistan had played a total number of (guaranteed) 53 Tests and 117 ODI’s.

  • England had played a total number of (guaranteed) 75 Tests and 139 ODI’s.

  • (Closely followed by) India, who had played a total number of (guaranteed) 74 Tests and 173 ODI’s.

  • (Next in line is) Australia, who had played a total number of (guaranteed) 73 Tests and 151 ODI’s.

  • (Last but certainly not the least) South Africa, who have played a total number of (guaranteed) 63 Tests and 112 ODI’s (Except only a decrease of five more ODI numbers than Pakistan).

Going back to the new weekly Inzamam’s catchphrase of “Rotation policy”, from the schedule provided, I figure that would be the least of our worries.

Less than 10 tests a year and less than 20 ODi's a year....man ICC hates PAK

I like many of you will be wondering that we will/have played less games but we are the one in most dire need of "rotation policy." Imagine if we start playing the #of tests like Aussies. "Apni team to gym mein band ho jaye gee.."

Could the number of people populating stadium be a determining factor of how many matches you get to play? i.e. the more number of people more the money generated more number of games you get to play?

huh...only 117 ODI in 6 years.. Wait till BCCI and PCb sits together..Is saare 6 yr plan ki maa bahen laga denge.. Look for atleast 10% addition into list. Only 53 test give good time for putting some Indo Pak test series.

engl, india, aus, etc r nations that play 5 test matches in a series....

pak is hardly ever given a 3-match series home or away so i dont think we can play as many tests as others....

pcb shud atleast make a habit of saying NO to 2-test series....

Armughal :biggthumb, I'm very much with you on what you said. 2-test series usually don't really favor any team. To me, at least a 3 match series should be played so a clear front runner appears. If one team has a really bad dogma, well, we'll have rain or weather but usually 3 test series end up with a clear front runner.
