The International Cricket Council (ICC) has recruited five illustrious former test players to form its new panel of full-time test and one-day international match referees.
**Former West Indies captain Clive Lloyd, South African Mike Procter, Sri Lanka’s Ranjan Madugalle, Wasim Raja of Pakistan, and Indian Gundappa Viswanath will make up the panel. **
