Our next test series are against West Indies and Zimbabwe, so we are probably only going to slide further down. :(

If we win last test, we will be behind England by 1 point, if we lose than we will be behind England by 7 points, if we draw we will be behind by 3 points. O No, India is not far behind…I’m worried.

I see. Pakistan had best chance to get closer to Austrailia if they had won series with 4-0. Chalo koi baat nahi. Pakistan, England, India and Saffies will continue with their musical chair game.
Litterally, its all about who stays on No. 2 for how long.

I for one am not a big fan of ICC rankings; we won the ’92 world cup not as a best team but a fighting team. I would take a team like that over Australia any time of the day. These rankings excluding Australia do not show the whole picture. Focus should be on rebuilding, replacing and grooming faults in our team and after looking at this series there are not that many. If those catches and decisions had gone our way, we would be discussing very different things. Rankings are for England so that they can sensationalize Ashes, pre and post of it. Our team, Mash Allah is very solid and a full-strength squad can compete against the best side in the world.
