Lanka themselves are not in the best of batting forms, anything over 250 w'd be impossible for them to get imo
Lanka need to check the rate of scoring by taking wickets at regular intervals

Easier said than done but this is what should be your plan in ODIs, get up to 130-150 for the loss of not not more than 2-3 wickets off the first 30 overs with good solid (test match quality) batsmen up the order - who are good at rotating the strike + hitting the odd boundary - and then cut loose/accelerate in the final 20. England looking good for 300+ from this position
