i would say bad decision, but not cheat. Doctrove made many more mistakes than Gould.

they do get marked on their performance by both captains after every series

agreed. So sick of people on this forum, Ian gould is a cheat, but no amount of video footage is ever gonna convict pakistani cricketers is it.....in fact i couldnt care less if aaMIR is 18 or not, hes an adult, and he knew what he was doing, the fact that hes too young is ridiculous reason to be let off...

I think...the ICC has internal rating system for the umpires for making good and bad decisions during umpiring...

Not everyone but this guy definitely is. It was such a big inside edge that even a blind person would not give it coz he would have heard the sound.
